Accountant General Department of Malaysia was implementing a new accounting system using SAP, targeting around 60000 end users spread across multiple geographical locations.

We looked at many solutions which could provide a comprehensive end to end solution providing an offline and live training as well as automatically capturing and reporting new application implementation issues.

With the implementation of Epiplex tool, the most tedious task of capturing the screens and developing a document has now become easier. Documents can be created quickly and at the same time it is converted to an e-learning for the users to practice the step by step process.

The tool is excellent and quick to learn. Support from the Epiance team is really good as some of the technical issues were addressed quickly.

Now that we have Epiplex for training and onboarding our new hires, we can do the onboarding 1.5 times faster than we used to do it previously, using our traditional method.

Due to the advanced simulation/video SOP feature, we could see a drastic improvement in productivity by 20%.
